Agreement
By downloading, purchasing, or using DriverSignal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally able to work as a driver and enter this agreement where you live.
What DriverSignal does
DriverSignal reads visible ride-offer details, applies assumptions such as fuel price and vehicle MPG, and presents estimated net pay, hourly earnings, and a recommendation. It is an informational decision-support tool. It does not accept, decline, or control offers for you.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your vehicle, fuel, and earnings settings accurate; deciding whether to accept a ride; driving safely; and complying with applicable laws and the terms of any rideshare or delivery platform you use. Do not interact with DriverSignal while driving when doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.
Estimates, not guarantees
Recommendations depend on offer details, driver-entered settings, and assumptions about costs and time. Traffic, route changes, wait time, tips, taxes, maintenance, insurance, depreciation, and other factors may change actual results. DriverSignal does not guarantee earnings, savings, offer availability, or platform compatibility, and does not provide financial, tax, employment, or legal advice.
Subscriptions and trials
Available plans, prices, trial eligibility, renewal terms, and included features are shown in the app before purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and renew according to the terms displayed by the applicable store. You can manage or cancel through your App Store or Google Play account. Store policies govern billing, refunds, and trial eligibility.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, attempt to bypass paid access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, resell access, or use it to violate another service’s rules or applicable law.
Availability and changes
Rideshare apps and mobile operating systems change frequently. Capture or recommendation features may be interrupted, limited, or unavailable. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or through another prominent notice.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriverSignal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriverSignal and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount you paid for DriverSignal during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

DriverSignal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Uber Technologies, Inc., Lyft, Inc., or their affiliates. Company and product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
